These Terms of Service govern your use of the People’s Tree Specialists website, online forms, Storm Response system, communications, and requests for tree-related services. By using this website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The People’s Tree Specialists website allows customers and property owners to request information, inspections, estimates, storm-response assistance, and other tree-related services.
Submitting a website form or Storm Response request does not create a contract for tree work, guarantee that services will be provided, guarantee an appointment, or guarantee a particular response time.
A binding agreement for tree work is created only when the scope of work, price, and other applicable terms are accepted by the customer and People’s Tree Specialists.
Storm Response requests may be prioritized based on information available to us, including apparent danger, property access, fallen or damaged trees, blocked driveways or roadways, damage to structures, utility involvement, equipment requirements, location, and crew availability.
Placement in a Storm Response Queue does not guarantee immediate service or establish a specific response time.
During widespread storms, emergencies, hazardous conditions, utility restrictions, road closures, equipment limitations, or unusually high demand, response times may be delayed.
The People’s Tree Specialists website and Storm Response system are not substitutes for emergency services.
If there is an immediate threat to life, fire, electrical danger, downed power lines, or another public emergency, contact 911 and the appropriate utility or public safety agency before approaching the affected area.
Do not touch or approach trees, limbs, equipment, fences, vehicles, or other objects that may be in contact with electrical lines.
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Photographs, descriptions, measurements, and other information submitted through our website may be used to help evaluate apparent conditions, determine equipment needs, prioritize requests, communicate with you, and prepare preliminary estimates or recommendations.
Remote review of photographs or other submitted information does not replace an on-site inspection when an on-site inspection is necessary for safety, diagnosis, final pricing, or determination of the proper scope of work.
Any preliminary estimate, price range, or assessment provided from photographs, telephone conversations, website submissions, or other remote information may be subject to change after an on-site inspection.
Conditions that may affect final pricing include, but are not limited to, tree size and species, decay, storm damage, access, terrain, structures, utilities, equipment requirements, debris volume, disposal requirements, hidden hazards, and changes to the requested scope of work.
Final pricing and the authorized scope of work should be stated in the applicable written estimate, proposal, work order, or service agreement.
Customers are responsible for identifying known property conditions that could affect the work, including underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, invisible fencing, private utility lines, fragile surfaces, gates, access limitations, and other known hazards.
Customers should remove or identify movable property when reasonably possible, including vehicles, trailers, outdoor furniture, toys, trampolines, and other items located near the work area or equipment-access route.
Tree work involving electrical lines, utility infrastructure, unsafe structures, severe storm damage, unstable trees, or other hazardous conditions may require coordination with utility providers, public authorities, specialized contractors, or other qualified professionals.
People’s Tree Specialists may postpone, modify, or decline work when conditions cannot reasonably be performed safely.
If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to text messaging, People’s Tree Specialists may send non-marketing messages related to your request, including scheduling, Storm Response status, dispatch information, service coordination, and follow-up communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
We may use third-party providers for website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, telephone service, text messaging, email, scheduling, payment processing, mapping, analytics, or other business functions.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
